The close of week one here in Malawi has seen the Agriculture Assessment team making a tough decision; to cease operations on our experimental plot. This was not an easy decision, particularly when considering the dedication and hard work of both the December and January teams. Nevertheless, time is of the essence when working on the ground.   The January Agriculture Assessment Team here in Malawi continued to develop a three-pronged solution to various pains faced by smallholder farmers. Firstly, the farming blueprint would seek to address issues of yield size, consistency of produce throughout the year and nutritional variety of crops. Social consultancy experienced a whirlwind of a month, with many triumphs. The project started with a slight lack of direction, given the nature of the project was to seek out any opportunities that could empower small business owners in the greater Sigatoka area. Project Summary

The final week of project was a massive week for the Fuel team. We smashed our monthly goal which was to test our MVP in a village. Despite our charcoal briquette prototype not being ready for testing in the villages, our rocket stove was a great success.
