CONTENT:

Lean Phase: Problem

Assumption: People within our customer segment are actively seeking to alleviate their frustration with inefficiency/ineffectiveness of health care delivery.

Time Period: Week 3 of December 2018 Projects

Metric: Percentage of people asking relevant questions when approached with offer.

CRITERIA:

Green Light: Proceed with currency testing with currently identified early adopters.

Success point: 30% of people within a specific channel are interested enough to ask questions. This number is based on the relatively small number of potential customers we have, but the high potential lifetime value of each. Therefore, it is important that a significant number of them are interested. It could be higher, but this number accounts for the limitations of presenting an offer test whilst crossing a language barrier.

Orange Light: Optimise the offer by conducting a further five interviews with people within the customer segment and tailoring the offer to meet their emotional needs.

Failure Point: 15% or less of people within a specific channel are interested enough to ask questions.

Red Light: Conduct ten further interviews within the customer segment to understand what about our offer was not sufficiently appealing. Based on this, modify the offer and/or the channel through which we test it.

Experiment build:

Based on the results of identifying earlier adopters, and the insights gathered from related interviews, a framework script will be created [INSERT LINK HERE], centred around a problem centric message. This needs to be determined by insights gathered through customer segment tests.

Based on results from the customer segments test, the likely most effective channel will be identified, and through this channel ten potential customers will be approached with the script.

From this, the number of people who show curiosity (as measured by answering relevant questions) will be determined. We will ask them to put their names down for further information, although this is not the metric by which success will be determined.
