[PROPOSED EXPERIMENT]: Hidden Hunger Malawi – Unique Value Proposition: Offer Test – December 2019

Lean Phase: Unique Value Proposition


Assumption: Potential stakeholders in Lilongwe are willing to meet with PEV. They will understand the barriers towards solving malnutrition. These stakeholders will be interested in the USTAWI application and will express an interest in a partnership.


Time Box: December weeks 2-3


Success Metric:


Number of groups interested in the app and B2B solution.




Green Light: Gage interest from the stakeholders


Success point: Meeting with 3 organisations. 2 organisations are interested in the app.


Orange Light Range Between 0 and 2 organisations in Lilongwe are interested in the project.


Failure Point – 0 organisations are interested in the app.


Red Light – Revisit July stakeholder for more organisations.


Experiment build: 

  1. Search for potential stakeholders in Lilongwe that share a similar aim to the Hidden Hunger Project or those who would benefit from the USTAWI application.
  2. Check to see if we have had previous contact with the chosen stakeholders in the past.
  3. Initiate contact with the stakeholder to arrange a meeting to discuss the project and potential partnership.
  4. Fly the PEV staffer to Lilongwe.
  5. Conduct meeting with the stakeholder.
  6. Determine interest.
  7. Victory.
  8. Fly the PEV staffer back to Blantyre.
  9. Compile data into a CRM in the data collection folder in the Hidden Hunger Google Drive and analyse.
  10. Write meeting minutes and update HubSpot with full interaction
  11. Send a follow up email to all stakeholders met with and link to Crowdicity.
  12. Keep updating stakeholders depending on their interest.
